My favourite ingredient, no matter what I’m making, is fresh
herbs!
Herbs are the quickest, easiest and healthiest way to add flavor
and to enhance any dish. I always have some on hand in my kitchen to take
salads, pasta, curries and pretty much everything else- to the next level. But
sometimes, herbs can go bad before you get around to using them. They turn dark
and soggy and your dreams of sprinkling them on top of something are dashed
until you can run to the store again.
